[/quote] It's Okita in his western/military outfit. No idea why his eyes are vertical/cat like, pretty much followed the original scan with that (probably because it's more fierce like that). It's definitely Okita though xD

Thanks for your comment on my Naruto walls. I'm sure there's always someone else out there better at making walls. But, I really appreciate your opinion. I'll do my best to improve some more and I'll let you in on my progress. HEHEHE
